Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

The final decision on partial refunds lies with Helix IPTV management.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Free trials (if offered) are non-refundable.
Any add-on services purchased separately are non-refundable.
Subscriptions that expire without cancellation are non-refundable.
