4. Partial Refunds

  • The final decision on partial refunds lies with Helix IPTV management.


5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Free trials (if offered) are non-refundable.

  • Any add-on services purchased separately are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions that expire without cancellation are non-refundable.


6. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account or by contacting support.
